Description

Precision High-Temperature Processing in Inert or Vacuum Atmospheres: Horizontal Vacuum Tube Furnace DVH-1700

Achieve ultra-high-temperature material synthesis, sintering, and heat treatment with the Horizontal Vacuum Tube Furnace DVH-1700—a high-performance laboratory furnace engineered for advanced research in nanomaterials, ceramics, metallurgy, and semiconductor development. Capable of reaching 1700°C under high vacuum (10⁻³ mbar) or inert gas (Ar, N₂, H₂/Ar), the DVH-1700 ensures contamination-free processing with exceptional thermal uniformity and programmable control.

Engineered for Extreme Temperatures, Purity, and Reproducibility

The DVH-1700 Horizontal Vacuum Tube Furnace features a double-layer water-cooled stainless-steel vacuum chamber, a high-purity alumina or MoSi₂ heating element, and a 99.8% dense alumina or quartz tube (Ø 50–100 mm, up to 1000 mm length). Its dual-stage pumping system (rotary vane + diffusion or turbo pump) achieves base pressures down to 10⁻³ mbar, while mass flow controllers enable precise gas mixing for reduction, nitridation, or CVD processes.

  • Max Temperature: 1700°C – Suitable for oxides, refractory metals, and advanced ceramics.
  • Vacuum Capability: ≤10⁻³ mbar – Prevents oxidation and enables high-purity synthesis.
  • Precision 30-Segment Programmable Controller – Ramp/soak profiles with ±1°C stability.
  • Horizontal Tube Design with Slide-Out Mechanism – Enables easy sample loading and rapid quenching.
  • Gas Inlet/Outlet with Leak-Valve & Pressure Gauge – Supports inert, reducing, or reactive atmospheres.
  • Comprehensive Safety System – Over-temperature cutoff, vacuum interlock, and water-flow protection.

Trusted for Cutting-Edge Materials Research and Process Development

From synthesizing quantum dots and sintering solid oxide fuel cells to annealing high-entropy alloys or growing 2D materials, the DVH-1700 provides the ultra-clean, high-temperature environment required for reproducible, publication-grade results. Its ability to operate under high vacuum or controlled gas atmospheres makes it indispensable in nanotechnology, energy storage, and solid-state chemistry labs.

Whether you’re developing next-gen battery cathodes or studying high-temperature phase transitions, the Horizontal Vacuum Tube Furnace DVH-1700 delivers the control, purity, and reliability your advanced research demands.
