Portable CO₂ Meter (CO2-Gehaltemeter) DCM2001
For a constant quality and taste of all sorts of carbonated drinks, the critical parameter is the content of the dissolved CO2 (carbon dioxide) in the liquid.
The DCM2001 is common in breweries and soft drink industry to frequently measure the CO2 content during production. It enables a fast and accurate determination of the CO2 content in beer and carbonated drinks, either directly sampled within the production process (from e.g. tanks, pipes) of thereafter (from e.g. kegs).
The pretest sample liquid will go into the measuring volume through the vacuum pipe. Then, DCM2001 will start electrolysis process automatically with the electricity produced by platinum electrode. Then, the CO2 content of over saturation in the beer or carbonated drinks will be released until the pressure balance is achieved. By means of a slide rule, the CO2 content can be quickly determined. It only takes 2-3 minutes for one test, repetitive and durable.
