Polymer pH Combination Electrode ST 6039
A rugged general purpose gel filled pH electrode ideal for use by non-skilled operators or where physical demands are high.
This electrode does not require the use of a separate reference electrode and is non refillable and maintenance free.
With a 12mm inert and rugged body with a removable bulb protector the ST 6039 pH combination electrode can be used in applications where an electrode arm and holder are not practical. The electrode is particularly suited for use with portable pH meters where the sample is measured whilst hand holding the electrode.
The removable screw-on bulb protector is easily taken off to allow electrode cleaning. The ceramic annular reference junction provides a good contact with the sample to provide excellent stability. The Glass bulb is of the same low resistance glass used by research electrodes ensuring a fast response.
The ST 6039 pH combination electrode comes complete with a 1 metre fixed cable and a BNC connector. This means the electrode is compatible with all Dintok pH meters and most modern alternatives.
Calibration is normally performed using two pH buffer solutions and a temperature probe for Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC).
